Need Election Assistance for the 2026 General Election? Voter Service and Polling Centers open Oct. 19.

Locations open weekdays Oct. 19 – Nov. 2, Saturday, Oct. 31, and Election Day, Nov. 3

If you live in Douglas County, plan to vote in the Nov. 3 General Election, and need in-person assistance, four Voter Service and Polling Centers (VSPCs) open today, Monday, Oct. 19. Nine additional VSPCs open on Friday, Oct. 30, and 10 more locations open Nov. 2 for a total of 23 locations that will be available on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 3.

Why should I visit a VSPC? VSPCs offer Douglas County residents the opportunity to register to vote or update their voter registration, replace a ballot, vote in person, return a voted ballot, or use accessible voting equipment.

Where can I find a VSPC? Staff at four VSPC locations are ready to assist you with your election needs from Oct. 19 through Election Day:

  • Douglas County Human Services, 4400 Castleton Court, Castle Rock
    • Located at the former Human Services office in Castle Rock. No voting services are available at the new Human Services location in Englewood.
  • Douglas County Parks and Trails, 9651 South Quebec Street, Highlands Ranch
  • Westridge Recreation Center, 9650 Foothills Canyon Boulevard, Highlands Ranch
  • Parker Town Hall, 20120 E. Mainstreet, Parker

When can I visit a VSPC? The locations listed will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each weekday through Nov. 2, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 31, and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 3. Additional VSPC locations will open on Friday, Oct. 30, and Monday, Nov. 2, for a total of 23 available locations by Election Day.

Not registered to vote but want to be? Colorado election law allows voter registration up to and on Election Day. If you live in Douglas County, plan to vote in the General Election, and are not registered to vote, please visit a VSPC between now and Election Day, Nov. 3, to register to vote.

How to return your ballot. If you don’t need in-person assistance, you can return your mail ballot to any of the 23 convenient ballot drop box locations countywide, no postage needed. These safe, secure drop boxes are available 24/7 now through 7 p.m. on Election Day, Nov. 3, 2026.

Know the ballot deadline. No matter how you deliver your ballot, by mail, ballot drop box, or VSPC, it must be received by 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026 — an Election Day postmark does not count. To view Douglas County ballot return data, visit DouglasCOVotes.gov.
